She is responsible for the Health & Welfare programs for the Americas division, with emphasis on the U.S. benefit program. Jennifer is an accomplished HR professional with 20 years of experience working in the areas of benefits & wellness, HR management and employee engagement. Although Jennifer has worked in the hospitality and health care industries, she has spent the majority of her career working for retail companies such as Esprit, Polo Ralph Lauren (NY), bebe stores and Sephora.

Gemma DeMarco is the Benefits Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. in San Francisco where she oversees the Health and Wellness programs for employees in the U.S. Gemma has extensive experience in leading benefits and employee engagement programs from over 20 years of working in retail, software, shipping and HR consulting industries. Before joining Levi Strauss, Gemma managed the Benefits programs at Workday, an on-demand financial management and human capital management software. Prior to Workday, Gemma served in the Benefits teams at Robert Half International, APL Limited, and Peoplesoft.

Ben Sommers joined Color with a background and passion for building technology businesses in the emerging health tech space. Ben serves as Vice President, Enterprise, where he works with employers and organizations of all sizes, including Color’s wellness, consultant, and health plan partners. Color’s Precision Health Platform enables organizations and their people to proactively manage their health through clinical grade genetic data, which can lead to healthier lives and lower treatment costs. Prior to Color, Ben served as Vice President, North America Business Development at Fitbit, a company that designs products and experiences to empower and inspire people to live healthier, more active lives. Prior to Fitbit, Ben served as Regional Vice President, Western U.S., for Castlight Health, a healthcare IT company that built the first personalized platform to enable employers to understand and manage their healthcare investments while helping employees make the best possible healthcare decisions. Before joining Castlight, Ben served as the Vice President of Sales & Marketing at Future Point Systems, managed a Western U.S. territory at IBM, and held key finance and investment positions at Windspeed Ventures, and at Robertson Stephens, a technology-focused investment bank. Ben earned his MBA from the University of California Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and received his BA in Economics from Harvard University.
